Giji Paulose is the General Manager and Head of Projects of Waterman. He is responsible for leading the business strategy and aligning focus towards defining innovative solutions, market study and operational strategy.

He has over 22 years of experience in the Water & wastewater Industry, and he is a chemical graduate.

Prior to joining waterman, he had worked in various firms in India and Overseas. He has rich experience in Environmental, Process and Application Engineering, Business Development & Sales. He has also contributed to defining business strategies, establishing operations, localizing supply chain. He has played a significant role in shaping Waterman into a leading player in water treatment industry.
