Shashi Dharan has scripted Waterman journey into new businesses, He has led the company’s expansion into growth markets.
Shashi Dharan is also the Managing Director of Bharat Exhibitions – (the market leader in ICT events, business conferences exhibitions arena) & Manging Director of Shaildhar Telecom Services Pvt Ltd. (ISP in North East)
He started his career with Mekaster Group. He has over 29 years of extensive experience in various Industry. In addition, he maintains professional membership with many trade associations and business councils.

Giji Paulose, General Manager and Head of Projects at Waterman, he drives business strategy, innovative solutions, and operational excellence. With 22 years in the Water & Wastewater Industry and a chemical graduate, he brings extensive experience in environmental engineering, business development, and sales. His past roles include contributions to business strategy, operational setup, and supply chain localization, crucial in shaping Waterman as a leading player in water treatment.
